Hi Can anyone recommend a company to do a legal document for our rental agreement on the new retail shop we are opening soon in Taunton. All new to this so any advice gratefully received :) Regards |

All new to this so any advice gratefully received :) Regards It might be best to use a commercial solicitor who is used to drawing up rental agreements. Does the business have a solicitor? If they do not have the expertise in-house they should be able to refer the business out. At the same time you are negotiating the agreement take some time to study the rules for a commercial tenancy. The landlord has the right to lock out the tenant and take other steps is there is a default. Know what the rules are so you stay out of trouble. |
