I'm Chair of a committee from Cancer Research UK, and we are organising a massive 22-hour outdoor, overnight, walking event, on 10th July in North London. The event is Relay For Life Enfield and Barnet, and it's the biggest fundraiser in the world. We'll be launching this year in North London with a bang! More info www.enfieldandbarnetrelay.co.uk. On day of event there will be 200+ team members (who are there for 22 hours), plus thousands of visitors on the Saturday for a family fun-day. There is a massive line-up of events, including great live bands (one big name pending confirmation), lots of workshops to try, sports skills (for example rugby by Saracens pros and football from Tottenham), rocket launches, BMX and football freestylers etc. There will also be lots of press on the day, plus a video made of the event.
We are looking for sponsors for this event, in return for attractive advertising packages. Venue is on a really busy road, and has footfall of 60,000 every month. We can offer:-
* your logo and banner on venue fencing from 2 weeks before event
* your poster inside venue from 4 weeks before event
* your banners and posters around site for duration of event
* set up your own promotional stall
* logo on website
* ad in event programme
* you will be invited to event as our guest
* you will be mentioned in all press articles, and in promotional video
* we are open to all suggestions
