Ricoh Afficio 2282 Fax/scanner/printer error

I have a customer with a Ricoh fax machine and they cannot recieve fax's which is a problem as this is what they bought it for, all they get on an incomming fax is this error code on the display 200082 comms error any help would be much appreciated ( i will stick to phones from now on) |
