Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share their thoughts. I was not aware of the co-op via FSB service so will certainly be looking at that more closely. Overal though as you say it's getting a good account manager that seems to be key - again thanks to everyone |

I'd also like to recommend the co-op for free banking if you join the FSB. I believe you can also nominate a few post offices to bank your money if there is not a local co-op branch to you. I would also say that it is not the bank but it is the bank manager you have that makes the difference. I know several bank managers than I would recommend in the Essex area but unfortunately none in your area. |
