My knowledge of Morocco is limited but the pricing in general looks competitive. I have been white water rafting in France and get no change from £50.00. My concern would be it looks messy as an offer and finding a way to package it may be better ".All inclusive style" in terms of the adventure part would seem the way to go - and if necessary add in the ballooning as an extra. Do you have children's prices? Brian |

Hi Peter Pricing sounds reasonable - compare to the big boys like Exodus or Explore for similar-ish trips. However I'd have another look at the flights - Marrakech is getting popular (especially since its being promoted as the filming location for Sex and the City 2) - and the prices you quote might be a tad optimistic. All depends on the season however! Easyjet are currently showing £70 return as their cheapest flight - but this is in December and without luggage or credit card charges. |

Hi Olien Yes looking at the big boys prices. Cannot compare trips as such as we are pretty unique in what we do. One off our guides was in the film as an extra! Marrakech is certainly becoming a hot travel destination, it has changed a lot since my first visit in the early 80's Yet to pay over £100 return and I have made of around 30 trips last two yearsI do book well in advance and do not take any luggage though that keeps the cost down but that is what we try and get the clients to do . Currently seeing £88 return in March 2011 for our peak weaks
Are you seeing any trends in your travel business from long haul to more short haul? I am trying to decide about the purchase of another business but it is 100% long haul destinations and I am thinking they are going to get a hammering over the coming years |

Hi Peter Not sure about long-haul v. short-haul. Trend is variable - lots of promotion and incentives to book long-haul. Must say a lot of our bookings are long-haul or luxury short-haul. I tend to follow airline trends (like BA) to see where they're opening up new routes - more long-haul routes opening up which means they think these markets are under-developed from the UK. |

Main destinations will be Nepal/Kenya/India it is adventure tourism so fairly niche travel and I only need 500 clients a year to do well so should probably just do it |
