Relaxed Networking

No stuffiness, no cufflinks, just a lot of networking, both online and in real life.

If I've got one of those double-cuff shirts on with no buttons, the cuffs end up in the baked beans if I don't wear cufflinks.....................

I like cufflinks too! ...And short sleeves as well ....and vests and shorts. Depends what mood I'm in on any given day.

I think cufflinks are very smooth and suave, so please keep them guys! Forget all this shirt with no tie, designer stubble and all the rest of the 'cool' look - there is nothing to compare with a well dressed and well presented business man. Oh ... but you must remember to polish your shoes!

Looking forward to networking with you ...

Why not buy a new shirt or don't eat baked beans?

I think Cufflinks are ok, I wear them and never thought any more of it and to be honest I don't think anyone has noticed.......why would they?

Yes, but it's not a good one! Turn it round and say "Relaxed but workmanlike, no stuffiness, just lots of networking.............." or words to that effect. It might equally well have said no ties, but some people always wear ties and might feel put off.

I think it's a brilliant one, not least because "cufflinks" isn't the word used in the metaphor. It's "Cufflinking".

I dunno why anyone thinks it's anything different.
