It's a device with a SIM, that takes mobile internet and creates a wi-fi hot-spot. You then connect your laptop, iPod touch, or any wi-fi enabled device to it. I know peeps that use it for training, they get people to bring their laptops, and use their mi-fi to give everyone internet access while on the course. All-in-all, a brilliant device.
