Do you realise just how powerful 4n in Northallerton is?

Thank you to all who attended 4n in Northallerton this morning. It was a really vibrant meeting with many attendees offering services from cherry picking to private investigation to bookkeeping to telecoms to marketing available. You really had to be there.

I would like to give an enormous thank you to Terry Cooper for providing an insight into how he journeyed into 4n and how 4n is going to go forward. Just imagine if Terry's wife hadn't wanted him out of the house - it doesn't bear thinking about.

Powerful or what - Denise from Detective Denise /Prime Investigations needed a jump start and Mark from Eight needed mouth to mouth (sorry girls I couldn't help myself!). Our very own Kenny Rodgers did offer to 'jump' Denise whoops I meant 'jump start' but 3 other 4ners got there first!

What a great meeting, really buzzing, thank you to David Emslie for rescuing me twice in one day, starter motor actually set on fire when I got home so safe to say it's toast now and another one is ordered. Was great to finally meet Terry and hear about all the exciting things he is getting up to.

This morning was my second 4N meeting overall and my first at Northallerton. I have really enjoyed both.

Both meetings have had interesting 4sight presentations and a great mix of people from different industries. For me what stands out in comparison with some of the other networking groups, is that with 4n the emphasis is firmly on building relationships. I am meeting people I know I will be able to build up good working relationships and business partnerships with.

I will definitely be attending as many of the Northallerton meetings as I can.

Another 'interesting' meeting at Northallerton this morning. Really enjoyed terry's 4sight and hearing about the exciting times ahead for 4N.

The meeting was top off by giving Denise a jump! Glad we were able to get her motor running!

It was a great meeting, not only because of Terry Cooper's visit, but the great spirit which engendered by everyone there - great fun, but highly effective at the same time.

I also had a great 1 - 2 - 1 with Terry and found we have a lot of ideas in common for the development of 4N.

I'm looking forward to the next Northallerton meeting and the inaugural meeting in Middlesbrough on Tuesday 21/09/2010.

Nick - as Denise said when you are back in our neck of the woods you really do need to get to Northallerton to find exactly what goes on & thats just in the carpark let alone the actual meeting!

Pleased to say that 4 men did in fact get Denise going.....it was a great meeting as well and great to see the legend that is Mr Terry Cooper. I am so glad that I took the "opportunity" that he offered me 2 years ago. Thank you Terry for what you've done for small business in the UK and soon to be the World.

Good luck at the 'Boro launch Mark; you'll have to serve 'parmo's' to everyone........if you don't know this delicacy, just ask someone from the 'Boro to explain.

Gutted i missed this My train rocked into northallerton 2 hours late at 9:30, so just went sulkily back to Leeds.

That's twice in 2 months i've failed to make northallerton, first by car, now by train. My next attempt may very well be on horseback...

I can lend you some riding boots!

Seriously Danny dont worry about it you will get there in the end we aren't going anywhere. You know what they say about the best things come to those who wait and by gosh you will have waited.

Wow, what a great meeting. It all happened this morning, broken down cars, Danny taking 4 hours to try and get there and Terry Cooper wowing us with what's going on in the big 4N world - yes there really is life beyond Thirsk!

24 active networkers in the room (which is /cough more than we usually get) and a great atmosphere.

And Jo, we promise to let you in next time
