It is currently Saturday night at 10pm I work weekends, and I find the forums very quiet Saturday and Sunday. Are weekends a missed opportunity for people to get in when there is less other "noise" Or are weekends sacred and should be left alone for family time? I am interested to know your opinion and I actually think this thread will just fade any unnoticed until Monday arrives.....I am happy to be proven wrong. |

If it was up to me, I'd make all the week days the same, so that everyone could choose when and how to spend their time. Besides, family and friends harm business ;) (waiting to be boo'ed) |

I did some statistical research which showed that there were more people on the forum/Twitter/Facebook on a Saturday night that were likely to do business with me, than were downstairs watching Casualty. I'm building a business and I love what I do. the time I do business isn't relevent. |

Two people - exciting. Where were you at 8.30am this morning when I was calling out on Twitter. I guess Saturday evenings are better than Saturday mornings? |

Just in from a work trip! And not interested in the rubbish that's on TV. Delighted to see I am not alone..... Often during the week I am Skyping around this time, with my colleague who is based in Seattle as it's only 2pm for him - at least he usually takes the weekend off. |

Hi Vicky, No not the sightest interested in work at this time of night on a Saturday......but I am very bored as there is no Match of the Day tonight!! (Sad Blokey I know!!). You hit a good Saturday as there is no Premier league Football this weekend!! 10am on Monday morning and I will be totally focused. I have spent many a year working weekends, getting very stressed, and they, boss or client, really, really really do not appreciatte it or care that you have done it!!....it's not worth it in terms of health or efficiency!! You need time away!! Having said that hope you have had a productive day!! Tony |

Yep, still working! And have been since 9 this morning. Normally just do about 10 to 4 on a saturday but i'm pre-empting the guilt for taking the whole of tomorrow off to go to York races. Think it may be only my 3rd full day off in the last 4 months.
Very excited about the prospect of going from this |

Hi Vicky I work all hours - week or weekday! I am trying to spend less time on the forums at the minute though as I was spending too much time here! On days like today when it is sunny I like to go out, but by the evening I am working again. Not having a TV helps - no distractions (ok, still lots of distractions, but wondering what's on the box isn't one of them!) I agree with you though, the forums tend to be much quieter at the weekends, which surprises me as it's when I often have the most time for them. |

I'm working 7.00 PM until midnight tonight, catching up with admin, meeting notes, technical/investment updates and my To Do Lists and it's a great time to do it. Nowt on TV, my wife catching up on her Sky+ CSI and other Murder Mystery stuff, daughter (4) early bed after a party this afternoon and son (10) away with his Grandma. I have Absolute 80's on the Radio, a cup of tea and the phone won't ring with "Property Investment" cold calls every other hour. Lovely! Mark |
