Hi Phil, Our initial thoughts are that there is a lot of sausage (dry content), but not much sizzle (the stuff that's going to interest people, get them to engage with you and make them want to find out more and pick up the phone). It would be nice to know why you are unique, how you'll help reduce bills and who you're talking to (your target market). It's all in there if your customers can be bothered to mine through your site, but chances are, they'll just click-off from your homepage to your competitors. If that helps great. Phil, Lorraine makes some good points. However, I would like to add to this that it might be a good idea to move away from a BTTradespeople site and have a unique domain name. Savvy people might take a look at it and judge it for being a built website that comes for free with a trade. I'm not going to try and sell a website to you but it might be something worth thinking about for the future. But as for copy, as well as being a solutions salesperson I also write optimised website text content for Cambray Design Ltd.
