These are academic licences, not for business use. We've been here before, quite recently too : http://www.4networking.biz/forum/8/70122.htm Chris and Glenn summed it up very neatly at the foot of that thread - Go Look.
And as for getting caught, that's what these folk do : www.factis.org. Middle of the home page, near the bottom : "Current Enforcement Activity : Partnership with TSO Swansea conducting raids on businesses in the city."

Bukk - if you've got a child or grandchild who's a student then I guess it's OK for you to buy it for them to use. Note that the student is the licence holder/licensee not the purchaser. From http://www.software4students.co.uk/FAQ.aspx#q1 :
Parents, grandparents and guardians: If you are a parent or guardian or have a grandson or granddaughter for whom you would like to license the software, then you can purchase the software. The main requirement to purchase is that the end user licensee must be a student or be a faculty member in one of our listed educational institutions. Usage: Installation upgrade on 1 computer
Licensing Restriction:
From http://www.software4students.co.uk/Microsoft_Office_2010_Professional_Plus-details.aspx
Usage: Installation on up to 2 computers - both
Licensing Restriction:
