I would love to because I dont eat a lot of wheat and avoid it as much as possible. Few years ago when i cut down on wheat I really noticed the difference straight away however when I give in to temptations, I notice how I feel so bloated and lathargic. Would love to try out your recipies, and look forward to your book.
