For the record John stopped both myself a 30 a day (smoking habit) and my mum a hardcore smoker of 42 years instantly.. throw away all preconceptions as to what hypnosis is and go visit Johns website. |

John forgive me, but how do these work? Ideally id love the procastination mp3 as im having other more important areas worked on in the new year, but this is one id like to feel i could deal with in my own time. I pop it on my IPOD and it takes me into a state of meditation? Explaination much appreciated fella. |

Good question Shaun! Each recording has replicated the kind of thing that happens in a on-to-one session. Your guided into a state of relaxation, daydreaming if you prefer, in exactly the same way that we all drift off from time to time when reading a book or watching a film. In that state (often called hypnosis) our subconscious part of mind is much more open to suggestions and ideas. You are used to that happening on the TV (the most powerful hypnotist of all) but may not have realised that this is why you buy certain products and services. Each of the recordings is filled with suggestions that allow you to let go of old ideas and experiences that are no longer working so effectively for you and suggests new and more positive to move forward. Every recording is the direct result of my time spent with clients with that particular issue. Most recordings are 30-40 minutes long and are designed to be listened to in one sitting. They are most effective if listened to 3-4 times per week for 3 weeks, it's the power of repetition. (That's why you see adverts for Cadburys so often!) The recording is in the form of a zip file (you get a link in an email to download) that you can unzip with Windows Explorer or similar programs. You will end up with up to 4 tracks that you can burn to CD, copy to your iPod or listen to on your PC. It's very easy to do even for the non-technical out there. So put the recording on your MP3 player, find comfy chair, unplug the phone and listen on earphones or headphones for the most complete exeprience. It would not be sensible to do this whilst driving since one of the first suggestions is that you relax your eyes and allow them to close... I think I covered everything but if not, let me know. |

Sarah That is the power of one on one hypnosis. I have recorded the quit smoking sessions but have not released the recordings for use except dor my personal clients. I have in mind to release them combined with video as a DVD in the New Year. Unless you want to stop by my office sometime and let go of that old habit? |
