I must be blinking MAD

I know you must all be bored of my stories of Vietnam, but I have one story left. It's the story of how two very nice ladies (well I thought they were) who cycled alone with me when we took on, and beat, the mountains in Vietnam (they beat them in front of me every bloody day..)

When we finished I stepped of my bike and said that's it I will never ride a bike again!!!!

That was it, Audrey and Jo (not a couple as I had thought for 6 out of 10 days)  set about me.  Saying that I would be mad not to continue now I had achieved this. Then they bullied me into accepting to join them in Scotland in what is now just 2 weeks time, to ride 50 miles, up a mountain to raise money for the wonderful & special fund that is Callums trust.

So here I am today, with a list of things to do before we set off for the ride.

No. 1 find bike in shed

No. 2 Start riding bike. The last time I was on a bike was 23 Nov 2010 at the top of this mountain before that it was the 80's..

So What Now:

I'm going to do some training this week, set up a just giving site and ask you all to donate just a couple of pound.  £2 is enough. More is also allowed.

Callum's Trust is a Charity based in the Scottish Borders which aims to offer resources and services to lymphoma, leukaemia and myeloma patients and also those recieving end of life cancer care within the Scottish Borders. Ultimately we hope to build a palliative care unit/ hospice within the Region.
