I’ve cycled the mountains of Vietnam, which you’ve heard about once or twice... I’m just back from cycling the hills of the Scottish Boarders, when I say just back, it was a week ago but the feeling is just back in my arse... Due to the feeling that a 50 mile ride in Scotland was so hard, I wondered why on the way home and worked it out and came up with the next challenge.. Firstly it’s not going to be on a bike, my Lycra is in the bin and the bike been given away and my arse is now no longer in fear of the next saddle... The reason Scotland 50 miles was so hard is that I was such a Biffa (Ali Hollands called me it), so I’m going to lose 2 Stone in 2 Months.. Details are As of this week at the weigh in at 4N Sittingbourne I weighed 17 stone dead!! see video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vlqs5aLXXdA On the 30th Aug I will weigh at least 2 stone less (means weight has to start with 14 I guess). The deal I’m putting £500 of my own money on the line... 50 x £10 bets available I will bet anyone £10 of my own money that I will lose it, if you don’t think I can, take the bet. If you win I give you £10 if I win you give £10 to my chosen Charity... By the way, I’m going on no formal diet and joining no gym.. Don’t believe in either.. On the road 5 days a week, eating lunch at motorway services, dinners in hotels and yes 4 x 4Networking breakfast every week.... It really is a challenge who wants a bet.. ??? |

Gary... check out http://sensibleeating.net I did a no diet weight loss programme in Feb - April.... lost 21 LBS in 77 days... there are loads of good tips and stuff on there... some video of me cooking too which was fun!! Great interviews with loads of 4Ners too!! |

Not a chance, that's the easiest £10 I'll ever make. No diet, no gym, 4 x 4N a week, motorway services ..... ? Only way you'll lose 2 stone that way is if you run up the motorway without using the car. But good luck. |
