Leeds East saw the ungracious arrival of, well, me as the guest Group Leader this week and the introduction of the deely boppers of shame for hecklers. A fantastic 4sight from Sean Blessitt on how not to use PowerPoint which even avid users can learn something from. There were several new faces today and we trialed the 40 second timer App developed by Richard Eaton which made fantastic farting noises at the end of the countdown and Stephen Saville surprised us all by asking if he could find our Wonderbras! A buzzing meeting with plenty of laughs and thank you all for your support during my extremely nervous script-reading! Luckily Sean is back in the saddle next time, not sure about the deely boppers though... |

Bit of a record this morning. The first time I've heard Wonderbra, Briefs and suspenders all mentioned in one 40sec. Not sure why, the rest was all a bit of a blur! And another first was a 121 being fixed during the middle of my own 40seconds. Not with me, I hasten to add. |
