I'm backing Helen and have been ever since week one. She is the only one who has clarity of thought and an overview of the whole plan each week.

Sir Alan wants someone to run a business not a social club. Helen has only lost one task. I'm sure she will have learnt from that error.

I'm looking forward to hearing the business plans and especially Helen's.

I was really surprised Tom made it through to the final, but then I started to think about it and actually he's not done too shabbily. I think maybe they just edit him to look a bit of a bumbling fool. My money's still on Helen for the win though!

I think I could work with Helen and Tom. Both are bright and articulate and prepared to be team players (I think). Jims mouth can work faster than his brain (hence some funny clangers) but i think he would be good in a customer facing sales roll if he turned it down a touch. Susan? god knows - sometimes she is inciteful and sometimes nieve/stupid but could have more potential than the others (in my mind she represents the biggest risk/challenge).

I agree with James.

I could definitely work with Helen and Tom, and as they represented yesterday, they could work very well together. Hats of too Susan, but I could never work with her! I wouldn't even work with her if someone paid me. Jim - would be an excellent salesman, e.g. telesales, door to door.

And, how different Helen looks now!! www.helenmilligan.co.uk

I think Susan has lots to offer and she has amazingly good business sense. For someone who's only 21, she's been through a lot; she's on The Apprentice, in the final, and has lived in 3 countries, only learning English in the last ten years. Come on, what's not to respect about that?

She's allowed to be annoying and a little naive.

Helen is immensely efficient but deeply unlikable.

Tom is not a great all rounder but has deep intelligence in his chosen area...could make a good business partner to bring new products to market.

Jim...can anyone pass the buck better than he can?

I think the last 4 are the one's I'd have chosen

My money= 1 Tom; 2 Susan; 3 Helen; 4 Jim

In the interviews I can see Jim getting taken apart and quickly departing. Shame, I like his style. He's a great saleman. But a person who doesn't consider the need for a business plan when opening a fast food business does not have what it takes.

The ultimate winner needs to be someone who can work with Sugar as a commercially astute business partner

I'm guessing he's looking for the candidate to have something complimentary to him - youth or a different way of thinking

Whilst I'd emply Helen without hesitation and she ought to win, I've a gut feeling she won't. Too task driven?

I think if Tom gets through the interviews unscathed he'll win. Partnered with Sugar, there's real scope for making exciting products. Sugar likes him.

Susan will run him close as she is young and can be shaped but may draw on too much of Sugars time as she's still a bit timid.

I would not hire any of them. Why? They're not exceptional business people. They're alright, but what they want is the media exposure.

It's now like Big Brother. Amazing the first couple of series, but then it turned into a bunch of whining chest-puffing, not-very-nice people.

So, many if not all of them have their "About me" style website already.  Fine, make the most of the popularity.

But why do the girls typically have a 'gallery' page on their websites, where they pose in all kind of more or less flattering dresses and poses. Is business qualification now down to looks?

No. None of them have legal qualifications! But that aside: susan will drive me mad; Helen will be a safe pair of hands; Tom will come up with off the wall ideas, some of which will be genius; and if Jim told me that it is sunny outside I will need to look out the window just to make sure.

Tom in design and innovation

Helen in the Management team or Account Management and team nights out (she's sort of hot! check out her website photos)

Susan - In a room on her own! Allowed out once a week to listen to her opinions which are usually valid

Jim - In new business and for team nights out

SirAlan - Finance (he has the money) and team nights out (he has the money for the bar tabs)

I'm going to be a bit controversial....

For me after the trying to make margin selling to retailers in the 'smell what sells' episode, I can't forgive Helen. Making a 4 hour deviation to generate £30 is unforgivable.

I am backing the boys. I think Sir Alan likes Tom as he is a products person and so is Sir Alan.

I have never seen Nick make a comment about liking a candidate before. The charm of Jim will be a major factor in the pitch of a new business opportunity.

Tom to win - Sir Alan has been pointing him in the right direction and is desperate for him to sharpen up.

Helen is fantastic but he is not looking for a PA

I LOVE Jim, awesome with people, awesome negotiater, awesome salesman but you have to watch him!

Tom for the win!

BTW - I would employ Jim, but watch him like a hawk

The only one that I would employ is 'Ruth Badger' who I think was in series 2 - I don't think she won it but, she is the only one that sems to have continued her success and turned her self into a business - she has a show called 'Badgers about' or something like that - here is a reminder

Well, we now know. A little disappointed with all the business ideas, the right result overall though.

Well done Tom.
