Parisa joined Coole Bevis formerly Coole and Haddock as a partner with responsibility for management of the Horsham office in 2009.
Parisa qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has specialised in the fields of catastrophic Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence since 1993. She was awarded a masters degree in advanced litigation from Nottingham Trent University’s Nottingham law school in 1999.
A qualified member of National Institute of Trial Advocates, she is a senior litigator member of both the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Law Society’s personal injury panel of specialist solicitors. Her impressive CV includes complex and serious personal injury and clinical negligence claims, such as compensation claims against hospitals.
Parisa provides pro bono advice to charities such as AVMA (Action for Victims of Medical Accidents) helping on their helpline. She also regularly provides advice sessions for local CABs, and helps clients on a no-win, no-fee basis.
Parisa also acts for claimaints in professional negligence claims, having had the benefit of acting for defendant insurers previously.
Parisa is married and lives in West Sussex. Her outside interests include walking on the South Downs, golf, cycling and eating out.
