I enable people to understand and change their personal responses to stress, build a 'tool kit' of resources that create resilience to stress, and increase their energy, focus and productivity.
As a bonus, they discover time to enjoy personal, family and social life.
I work with individuals, groups and organisations and tailor the coaching and workshop content to suit their needs.

Thought Field Therapy, or TFT, is a simple yet powerful process which can gently and quickly free you from negative emotions, thoughts and memories.
TFT is used to relieve the distress of a wide variety of problems or situations, whether mild or serious. These might be anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, phobias, jet lag, fear of flying or driving, panic attacks, chronic pain, guilt or addictive urges.
