Hi I'm Julie , director of Julie Biddle Associates Limited. I'm proud to say that I have over 20 years of sales, management and training experience and I'm passionate about the job I do ! Before starting my training company I headed up the training team at one of Yorkshire’s leading training organisations before been headhunted by one of my key accounts to become National Sales Manager of a security print and software solution company. Here I managed and controlled results, activity, and recruitment and training for a team of 10 Account Managers who managed existing accounts as well as having major responsibility for prospecting for new business
This is why I feel I have an advantage as a sales trainer- I have actually done it myself so can empathise with the challenges that sales people regularly face. I still practice what I preach in my own training business and pick up the phone to contact new customers as well as getting in touch via other channels
I have worked in the newspaper industry and public sector and managed both small and large teams.After building up an outstanding portfolio of clients from many industries including leisure, fmcg, construction, utilities and finance whilst working for another training company I realised that if I wanted to become sucessful and gain the rewards I deserved, then I needed to do it for myself , hence the start of Julie Biddle Associates in 2004. I have worked hard and thrive on helping people become more sucessful by developing new skills as well as their confidence levels! As well as sales , I regulary deliver a wide range of soft-skills training programmes from shop-floor to Director level
I am married with 2 sons and besides consultancy and training love to travel and spend time with my friends and family . I'm also a Business Owner for Forever Living products- the Aloe Vera people so help people keep well and fit with the fabulous range of natural health, wellbeing and beauty products.
