Phil Barber Coaching - Working alongside you for Clarity and Purpose on any Life issue
After a 10 years as a Merchant Navy Officer I started and ran several enterprises including an Art Gallery and nine bedroomed Hotel. My interest in coaching and personal development came into sharp focus in 1999 when I started to ask the big questions like, Why am I here? and, What am I really supposed to be doing with my life? Its been a constant learning and practicing of coaching skills for myself and clients. To make greater sense of my orphanage upbringing I spent 5 years writing my autobiography.
From being terrified of public speaking I spent 15 years learning the art and 8 years ago began teaching and coaching.
I love spending time with my two daughters and two grandsons. I also like running, swimming in the sea, and reading biographies.
