Our team of coaches work with ladies who are suffering with depression to a point where it negatively impacts their lives, thier job, their career, their business, their relationships. We work one on one with them through a tailored program to put them back on track and back in control of their lives.
Our training team delivers a range of courses for Manager and Business owners that give them the skills that they need to run effective, efficient teams who understand eachother and work together to best serve the customer and the business.

TeeJay Dowe......a huge shift in identity inspired a change in name for me from the shy, unconfident, never feeling good enough Tracey Jane to the person I am today - full of life, energey and confidence - Dreaming Bigger Dreams - Alive and Loving it - TeeJay! My highest value is integrity, being honest and congruent in who I am everywhere I am. And so finally to make that congruency complete in my identity I legally changed my name to relfect my new identity.
I have a rather curious combination of qualifications from business coach and life coach, Master Strategist, Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapist, to radio presenter and.....pharmacist!!??!!
In a nut shell....being passionate about people, their health and personal development and bringing out the best in people took me from a career in pharmacy to a business in Results Coaching and Training......Momentum People was born and continues to be my baby. I have a vast experience in coaching and training and I love to do things differently to make a difference around me. Those of you who have seen 4sight slots will understand what I mean!
