My name is Sheila Stamp and I am a Personal Travel Counsellor with years of’ experience in the travel industry.
I work from home, which means that unlike when you book on the internet, I am available to speak to at any time should you have any queries or problems. This means that you will have the same point of contact throughout every stage. Your booking will sit with me and I will personally take care of every detail.
I will complete any advanced passenger info, pre-book seats, complete online check in, print boarding passes, provide you with luggage labels and deliver any paperwork as required.
I always contact the hotels to ensure that they look after my guests on arrival and if you are celebrating a special occasion or have any special requests.
I will do my best to liaise with the hotel to ensure they make a note of this on your booking - subject to availability of course.
