Planning for a secure future is one of the most important steps you will ever take.
Over the last 18 years I have provided tailored financial solutions for individuals and their families, directors and partners, professionals and retired clients helping them with practical solutions for their current concerns and future aspirations.
My advice covers all areas of financial planning including investment planning, retirement planning (both on a personal basis and employer schemes), passing on your wealth tax efficiently, as well as protecting you, your family and business. In addition to this, I also provide guidance around employee benefits such as: Auto Enrolment, Group Life Cover and Private Health Insurance.
As the Principal of MapleWood Financial Planning, my focus is on getting to know the people I work with, to have a clear understanding of their priorities and goals.
Long term relationships are key to successful financial planning as your circumstances evolve over time. Part of my service standards are to ensure that we meet on a regular basis to review any changes be they personal to you, legislative or tax changes that may impact upon you.
As an Associate Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, MapleWood Financial Planning provides a bespoke financial advice service alongside our high service standards and desire to have long term relationships with our clients.
The Partner Practice represents only St. James's Place Wealth Management plc (which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority) for the purpose of advising solely on the Group's wealth management products and services, more details of which are set out on the Group's website www.sjp.co.uk/products. The 'St. James's Place Partnership' and the titles 'Partner' and 'Partner Practice' are marketing terms used to describe St. James's Place representatives.
I have a young family who keep me entertained. I enjoy exercising and attend CrossFit classes four or five times a week among other things. I am also finance director at the Free School Norwich and provide additional support to them during the year.
I enjoy giving back where I can and completed the London to Cambridge bike ride in July 2017 and raised over £1,200 for Cancer Research UK. I have also completed the Sea Palling Aquathlon in August which involved lots of swimming and running - I can run well enough but I am not a strong swimmer. Challenging myself to improve is something that motivates me and it is great to see people (other than just myself) setting goals and achieving things they did not think they could do.
I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know and work with them to help achieve their goals both in my professional capacity and through my other interests.
