My Company Information

Little Grey dog provides a range of IT services in the Swansea area. For home users we provide PC and laptop repairs including, fault finding, virus removal and laptop screen replacement. For businesses we provide a pay as you go service and an IT management service, because as a business owner you have a lot more to worry about and a broken computer getting in your way is not helpful. Please see our website for more details.

The company itself was set up originally as a mobile app marketing company, but I felt that the way advertising is done online isn't that helpful or appreciated by the end user. So, I fell back on my previous experience in providing IT support as that is much more helpful. The aim of the company is to provide memorable service, be honest and respect our customers, and be fair in dealing with clients and suppliers.

About Stuart Lay

A versatile IT Support Engineer  with 4 years hands on experience providing support for Windows Desktops and Servers and the networks that join them all together. I also have some experience with Linux and Mac operating systems as well. I enjoy building computers and learning how to use the latest technologies. I hold the CompTIA A+ qualification and am working towards gaining the Network+ qualification as well, as a way of validating my skills and experience.

Outside of technology, I have three young children who keep me busy the rest of the time. I do enjoy a little bit of gaming when I get the chance. I don't really watch much TV but I like to watch Masterchef, Top Gear and Have I got News For You when they are on. I'm into following sports (can't play any unfortunately), in particular football, Ice Hockey and F1. Recently I've got into reading books about business, productivity, and history.

(Note: I am working on getting a decent picture of myself)
