My Company Information

Esi Hardy is a disability equality consultant. Through Celebrating Disability, Esi supports businesses, big and small to develop confidence when supporting disabled employees and customers by facilitating workshops. These workshops can be designed to meet your specific business need and can include areas such as: disability awareness, accessible documents and workplace accessibility.

Esi is passionate about her work and believes that by facilitating workshops that are interactive, delegates can learn from each others' experiences in a relaxed yet informative environment.

Having Cerebral Palsy, Esi uses her personal and professional experience of disability to inform the agendas of her workshops. She strives to create an environment where delegates can be open and honest about their perceptions of disability ask the questions they feel they cannot ask anywhere else.

Esi's workshops are a mixture of interactive activities, group work, engaing discussion and if the delegates feel confident, role play.

Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, Esi can work with businesses in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and London.

About Esi Hardy

Esi Hardy is a disability awareness consultant. She started Celebrating Disability in January 2017 after working in performing arts and then the social care industry for 14 years.

After several years as an actress, Esi ran drama workshops for disabled and non-disabled children, young adults and adults. She worked for her local authority by sitting on strategy panels and boards and training in the workforce development departments. Before setting up Celebrating Disability, Esi worked for a charitable organisation supporting employee engagemnet and helping the charity to develop strategies around inclusion of their disabled customers.

Esi has Cerebral Palsy but does not let this present any barriers. When at networking meetings, she is keen to meet new people and get involved. So don't assume that when joining your coversation, she is heading past you to the loo!
