HR Dept, Preventing People Problems

I live in Bristol with my partner and 2 year old son, but I am working in the Gloucestershire area. I am qualified and pracitced in HR for the last 18 years as an HR Manager, usually on a regional basis, for corporates in various industries such as logistics, retail, leisure and security. I decided to leave corporate life and long hours to go self employed to still do long hours but these now benefit me and my family.

I enoy my holidays when I can spend time with my family. I am a member of a gym, stress the word member as I don't actually seem to go very often and enjoy cooking for dinner parties with my friends.
