I have worked in a corporate environment for many years, always in sales and mainly in management. Over the last few years I have become increasingly disenchanted with the disempowering culture that pervades large organisations. In fact I am convinced that levels of empowerment and engagement are inversly proportional to size, and this serves neither the organisation or the individual. And of course, it doesn't have to be like this.

In my experience the root cause is always the levels of leadership that exist within the organisation. My philosophy is that leadership should be inspirational, liberating, empowering, and performed with clarity and integrity. I have won numerous national and international awards for leadership, and it is a passion for me. I have now departed the corporate world to focus on my passion, and have set up my own company, The Z Factor, to share my philosophies and experiences of leadership to all levels, from personal through to corporate leadership.
