My name is Matthew Coe and I run Matthew Coe Independent Inventories.
We work with Landlords, Tenants, Lettings Agents and Property Management companies who are concerned about the potentially harmful consequences of the new Tenant Deposit Protection legislation made law in April 2007, specifically in regards to the resolution of Bond disputes.
The service we provide prepares a highly detailed list of all fixtures, fittings and furnishings within a rental property before the commencement of the Tenancy working in line with all appropriate letting and fire regulations and an equally detailed Check Out report at the end of Tenancy to provide impartial evidence regarding damage and dilapidations caused during a Tenancy so that if a dispute is raised at the end of Tenancy the Dispute Scheme will have conclusive, unbiased evidence to either confirm or refute the allegations raised allowing for an entirely fair and speedy resolution to the dispute or hopefully, avoiding one needing to be raised at all.
