Overview of Everything Voice’s Main Products & Services:

1. Our main area of business is VoIP phone systems. Specifically hosted – either publically or privately. Recently, we’ve had a huge increase in privately hosted systems at approximately 80% of our systems sold in the last 6 months being private. Most of our systems are on 36 month contracts. All systems are fully managed services with disaster recovery included. All systems are tailorable to the customer’s needs and requirements.

  • Mobile Application (to make and receive as if you were in the office)

We tend to stick within 3 different handset types: Unify CP Range, Yealinks & Polycoms. For headsets, they’re always from Jabra’s range.

 

2. We provide a variety of internet connections for a few different providers. I believe we’re very competitive in the market.

Types of connections we provide:

  • Standard ADSL Provide – this is very rare due to the restrictions on this kind of connection.
  • Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) Broadband
  • General Ethernet Access (GEA) – sometimes referred to as Ethernet over FTTC.
  • Ethernet First Mile (EFM) – this very rare as well due to more connections being available in recent years.
  • Fibre Ethernet Leased Lines – This is the most common type of connection we sell
  • Satellite Broadband – this is more for temporary purposes
  • Wireless Leased Lines
  • 4G dongles – more used as backups or temporary solutions

  • CityFibre
  • TalkTalk Business
  • MetroNet

 

  1. Our call management platform is web-browser based which means customers don’t have to put yet another piece of software on their PC or laptop. Compared to traditional call management systems it much better in terms of commercials as there’s a small set up charge followed by low monthly costs. The contract terms are only 30 days (rolling) days. 100% of customers who have had a demonstration of the platform have purchased. The platform is compatible with 90% of phone systems so always anyone who makes and receives calls can use it. 

The types of businesses I would recommend this to are:

  • Anyone with a sales team – e.g. to monitor performance and provide incentives
  • Anyone with a customer service/ help desk team – e.g. monitor response times, trends
  • Business Centres – e.g. be able to provide an accurate bill for every tenant with ease
  • Accounts / Finance – e.g. see who, where & when they’re spending or where they could save money
  • IT manager – e.g. interpret phone system data & make changes if necessary
  • Anyone who is looking to change their phone system within the next 12 months or so
  • Multi-site or those with home/mobile workers with access to the phone system – e.g. see what they’re doing when they’re not directly in front of you
About Abigail Park

My name is Abigail Park. Apparently, I'm the youngest person EVER to join 4Networking! 

I'm born and breed in Wakefield, where I still live the house I grew up in. 

Post-16 I went to Outwood Grange Academy Sixth Form...for 3 months. The reason I only went for 3 months is because I hated it with a passion! I wanted to go out and get earning for myself so that's what I did.

I got my first apprenticeship at Hatfields Jaguar as a Service Advisor. Following issues with the apprenticeship training provider, I decided that I didn't want to do that for the rest of my life anymore.

Then I came across a Sales Apprenticeship at Everything Voice Ltd and started my employment in September 2016. My main role at this time were calling other small and medium size businesses and offering our products and services. The growth and development which I've been through, both professionally and personally, during my time at Everything Voice has been unbelievable! Although, once again, due to the apprenticeship levy, my training provider went into adminstration and this delayed my qualification slightly. 

Regardless of this, towards the back end of 2017 I started going out to more appointments with potential customers and found my calling. As of January 2018, I became the Business Development Executive of Everything Voice.
