Phil has over 25 years of Sales & Marketing experience working in a corporate environment, during which time he held a number of senior management positions in commercial and retail sales markets.

Since becoming self-employed in the Spring of 2008, Phil has used his entreprenerial and customer-facing skills to grow his WPA franchise client base across the South West by building strong working relationships with both existing and prospective customers whether they be individuals/families, Self-employed or Professional persons, SME's or larger organisations. He is passionate about his business and providing great customer service.

In addition, he has established a network of contacts with providers of other financial service products to compliment WPA's health insurance policies. Phil was recognised by WPA as their "Franchisee of the Year" for 2010 and "South West Region - Franchisee of the Year" in 2011.

Phil's interests including running (often to raise money for charities such as Cancer Research UK), football (supporting Pompey through thick and thin!) and tennis.

In Oct 2010 Phil participated in a 70km walk along the Great Wall of China to raise funds for St.Margarets Somerset Hospice and in April 2013 took part in another fundraising trek on behalf of the hospice in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Phil joined 4Networking as a Passport Member in May 2008 and was Group Leader at Taunton during 2010/11.
