Nuvola works with growing businesses who have outgrown the spreadsheets and simple tools they used to get their business up and running, but who have slightly niche needs and can't find an off the shelf system that works for them.
Rather than selling a list of features that you need to fit into your business, we take time to understand what it is you are trying to achieve, be it a better sales process, managing your work schedule or collecting data from customers. Then we use one of our systems as a starting point to build a system the fits your business.
I run Nuvola, a company dedicated to helping small and medium businesses grow and operate more efficiently by using the power of Cloud-based systems.
My background is as a consultant on large CRM projects for companies including Reuters, BT and Commerzbank, and I founded Nuvola in late 2003 with the aim of bringing quality IT services to the SME market.
I feel that I have experienced pretty much all sides of business software projects over my career, from multi-million pound multi-national roll-outs to the simplest of databases for one man bands and pretty much everything in between. They all have one thing in common: software, no matter how clever, is only as good as the business processes it supports. If you implement a system without thinking in detail about how it will really help you and your people do their jobs better, it will not deliver the benefits you expect.
All of our projects start from this point: what are the issues in the business and how will software help sort these out? For more information, please see our website at www.nuvola.co.uk
