OUTSOURCE YOUR ADMIN AND IT WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST DECISONS YOU EVER MAKE ....
No office space or equipment to provide for me. No tax, NI, holiday, sickness or agency fees to worry about and no VAT either. Just a standard hourly charge that is broken down into increments of 15 minutes. Time tracking software assures clients what they pay for is what they've used.
For a small business owner whose business may not justify full-time support and may not have the resources for it anyway, I can lend you my support when you need it whether it be on an adhoc basic, seasonal basic or on a weekly/monthly basis but it's always up to you. You pay a standard hourly charge and that's all.
Many small businesses never take leave because they have no-one to oversee the office for them while they're away and are too aware that if they're away from the office for any length of time they could lose business and integrity. Not only could I become your Office Manager while you're away I could also book that holiday for you too as Lifestyle Management is an integral part of my business. Give me your 'To Do' list and it will be DONE.
The services I offer generally are:
Copy typing / reports / general correspondence / mail merge / database creation & management
Diary and email management / Client Liaison / Digital Transcription / Powerpoint Presentations
Travel arrangment - for business and pleasure
Charged at a standard hourly rate
Office Assistance Virtually
I'm married with 2 children, Megan 11 and Max 9 and live happily in Hertford with the family and an assortment of animals (husband not included!).
Have been organising and supporting people in a PA role for over 25 years now and get as much enjoyment in supporting and taking care of people now as I always did. My considerable experience has been gained in the Corporate world where I still work part-time working for senior managers and directors.
Set up my business as a Virtual PA in 2006 as a result of Max starting school full-time and wanting to utilise my skills to create a part-time business that was taylor-made for clients, giving more of a personal service with no office politics to get in the way!
When I'm not working, I like to be active. Aerobics, pilates and horse-riding are my favourite along with walking my gorgeous cocker-spaniel Ruby.
Took a break from Networking at the beginning of the year but now I'm back and raring to go after becoming an NLP Practitioner. NLP has really helped me to sharpen my focus and I look forward to being able to add additional value for my clients in the future.
It's good to be back .....
