PAH Accounting is a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants based in Devizes, Wiltshire.
The practice is headed up by me, Phil Hendy. I use a network of trusted sub-contractors to assist me and my clients and provide a top quality accounting service.
I work predominantly with owner managed businesses, assisting them along their way and providing full business advisory and support services.
Communication with clients is a key element of the practice culture. The service given is personal and partner led. Modern technology is embraced along the way, including the use of Skype and Social Media. This also enables me to have a national client base, rather than just local. I am more than happy to travel to clients at their place of work.
All work is undertaken on fixed fee basis. Following a free initial consultation a quote will be provided based around your business and its needs.
I like to feel that I put the fun into accountancy! I take my work very seriously but not so much myself. If you want to talk business but also enjoy yourself along the way, then I am the man to talk to.
I run an accounting practice, PAH Accounting. It is a firm of accountants based in Devizes, Wiltshire. I specialise in working with Small to Medium enterprises of all types.
A qualified ACCA member, I have been working in the accountancy profession since 1998. I started working at a small practice based in Cornwall before moving to Cheltenham to work for a top 40 firm, Hazlewoods. Here I worked in the Corporate services department and in particular specialised in the legal sector.
Past work here includes hosting courses in legal cashiering, with particular emphasis on the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
From there I moved on to at Moore Stephens, Malmesbury office where I was the Business Services Manager . My main responsibilities were to look after the accounts preparation and audit team, reviewing the work of the team and act as a liason for clients.
I also offer mentoring and coaching advice to bookkeepers and those new to setting up their own accounting practice.
Networking is an important element of my business and social life. As well attending 4networking events (I used to run the Devizes group and now do some stand in GL gigs!), I am also involved with Wiltshire Business Club.
On a personal front I am a big football fan and manage/ play for a local team. My favourite team is Man United (naturally, being a Cornishman!)
I love all sorts of sports, moreso as an armchair viewer these days.
Also I have a great sense of community and get involved in committees for events such as our local fete and annual firework display.
