BrandCymru consists of two hardworking, passionate and experienced designers. Gareth comes from a graphic design background. Having obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Design Futures in 2003, he decided to create a freelance graphic design business (Ubik Design).

Chris has over 10 years experience in creating effective, functional and engaging company websites, and currently has over 80 local businesses with the Torfaen & Monmouthshire area as clients under his freelance business (Vixtay Web Design).

in 2011, both designers collaborated together to create a fresh, efficient and competitive design company called BrandCymru. We pride ourselves in being transparent and open with our prices, work processes and dedication to our clients.

We pride ourselves in developing engaging and effective branding for any type of business, whether they are start-ups or SME's. We do by providing original and visually stimulating logo design. We build websites that generate positive growth through sales, and not just vistor traffic. Our websites are also optimised with target markets in mind, in order to get beneficial search engine rankings.

Hello, Im Gareth and currently live in Cwmbran, South Wales with my partner and two beautiful daughters.

In 2000, I enrolled at University of Wales College, Newport, on a 'Design Futures' BA (hons) degree Course. In 2003, I successfully graduated. During my experience of University, I picked up many life changing skills, but none more so than the passion for Brand Identity and Graphic Design, and how it impacts on society. After struggling to find a position for myself as an employee after graduating from University, I decided to 'go it alone' in the big wide world, and set up 'Ubik Design'

Under the name Ubik Design, I was a freelance graphic designer, offering services such as logo design and design for print. Since its conception, 'Ubik Design' has grown from strength to strength, working with a wide range of diverse clients, from the UK, to Brazil and Australia. However, in 2011, after a chance meeting with a local web designer, Chris Taylor (Vixtay) we were both naturally convinced that the time was right for us to both expand and collaborate. We formed a new company that offered businesses complete brand development, whether they are startups or established SME's. In our first 6months of trading we successfully branded clients in Bangladesh, Cyprus, England & Wales. BrandCymru was born.

Through BrandCymru, our clients see positive business growth through effective brand development that we provide. Through web design, logo design, graphic design and SEO, Brand Cymru makes any business stand out from their competitors.
