Before I go into a load of blurb about me and my background for those who may be interested. I just want to say.

My primary reason for being in business is to help my clients make more money from their business, using the internet.

My secondary reason is selfish. I want to make lots of money too .

I realised, after spending too many years working for someone else, that the only way I can succeed is by helping you succeed. Thing is, when things don't work out for my clients and to be honest sometimes they don't, I am GUTTED.

Yes we design websites but our core business is making websites work. If you want to make more money, get more clients, sell more products or simply not work as hard on marketing your business get in touch. I would love to meet up or have a chat.

Now for the boring bit!!

My Internet Marketing business is a logical progression from a successful career in IT and a desire to help other entrepreneurs realise their dreams.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself – and then you can make up your own mind. Years of experience have helped me amass lots of knowledge about computers, technology, the Internet and how it all works. But it hasn't all been about the technology aspect. I've learned about people, and how they 'work'; how they behave differently according to whether they're buying or selling; and some of the strange things that influence their decision-making process. I've put all that knowledge together to become the 'Go to Guy' for AdWords and Internet Marketing.

Since starting my own business – 'Business Growth Midlands' – 3 years ago, I've made it possible for a lot of people to grow their own business too. So much so, that developing small businesses has become my passion. When you hire me, I don't work for you – I work with you. I show you how to make your website work and teach you how you can do things for yourself.

But I don't suppose I can expect you just to take my word for it – so here's a bit of my history.

Just so you know that I know about how business works … my last corporate role was as a Service Director with responsibility for a team of 10 Computer Engineers. Running the company's Service Division covered direct sales and marketing, customers' satisfaction and retention, and ensuring the division was run efficiently, in a cost effective way. Over 10 years, I helped grow the business from 4 staff to a team of over 60 and an annual turnover in excess of £10,000,000.

This hugely beneficial experience convinced me that my preference was for small businesses. And so I began that journey. A friend enlisted my services (i.e. told me to put my money where my mouth was!) to grow his one-man training business. Following my advice, he doubled his profit from £60k to £120k in only one year. His company is still doing well despite current economic conditions! So we are both very happy about that.

To be truly successful, you need to work on your own development as well as that of your business. So I did! I honed my web design skills and knowledge of Internet Marketing through developing clients' websites so they “earned their keep”. Once they achieved this target, I set them up with Pay-per-Click Advertising to drive targeted traffic to these websites to further their success. Realising the importance of having sites ranking high on the search engines, I soaked up all the knowledge I could find on search-engine optimisation. I have fine-tuned this so I can now deliver "Page 1" results for my clients.
I also have attained recognition as a Qualified Google Advertising Professional (link to check this out) and am proud to say I qualified with high marks (drum roll please!).
