I’m Heather Noble and nothing gets me more excited than people. Finding out what makes them tick and what motivates them to be the best they possibly can is the reason I get out of bed in the morning.

So often, we have things in our life that stop us moving forward but, more often than not we hold ourselves back.

I set up Salt Solutions in 2009 after more than 20 years in the corporate world where I worked in a wide range of business sectors, largely at a senior level. Most successes throughout my career came as a result of asking questions, paying attention, researching my way around my subject, understanding the benefits of what I had to offer and working hard.

I now use these skills to help businesses to recognise their strengths, abilities and qualities in order to grow and maximise their market share.

In business we need to recognise and explore every opportunity that presents itself. I can help you and your staff to feel confident enough not only to seize those opportunities when they arise but to actively seek them out too.
