About Fred Copestake

Fred is an experienced consultant specialising in the field of sales, leadership and performance. His unique style allows him to release the potential from his clients through active and encouraged participation

Leaving The University of Birmingham in 1993 with an honours degree in Commerce and Spanish, Fred worked for the IMI Group, moving through various roles including Product Manager to become European Business Development Manager. This role involved working overseas at all levels from sales team through to senior management to develop sales and marketing strategies. He would often implement major training programmes to ensure the success of the projects as well as working directly with large European companies to develop the accounts to become major revenue streams.

In 1999 Fred joined Structured Training, one the UK's leading providers of sales, management, leadership and coaching solutions. He has designed and delivered a number of 'open' and 'in-company' training courses as well undertaking strategic consulting work with sister company SalesPathways.

He established Brindis in 2004 to continue work focusing on getting the most out people and organisations through training, coaching and 'applied insight' – using experts from other fields, to provide valuable lessons to the commercial world.

A major project Fred has been involved with over the last 5 years is the planning, implementing of the 'Coronacademy'. Working with Grupo Modelo the Mexican brewer of Corona Extra he has overseen training and other development initiatives for their distributors. These are run at the European HQ in Brussels and in specific markets.

Mid 2009 Fred inceased his ability to add value to clienfs by joining IRUN. With a multitude of online and offline tools and services at hand a full business development solution can be offered encompassing all relevant sales and marketing elements.

He has extensive international experience having worked in over 15 countries, speaks fluent Spanish and is an NLP Practitioner.
