Kevin Roberts (Vert Business Community Ltd)
The Vert Business Community was set up specifically to deliver to small businesses the type of advice and guidance previously only available to large businesses with the budget to invest in expensive consultancy and mentoring services.
A typical Community member will have a business that they own but probably still work in day to day, a turnover of up to £1m, and employ less than 10 people. A small business like 91% of all UK businesses in fact.
Vert was formed by a team of highly experienced small-business entrepreneurs who bring a broad range of expertise and perspective to the Community.
Taking advantage of modern internet technology, the bulk of the Community experience is delivered online using leading-edge video and other multimedia tools. The benefit of this is that Community members can, for for the first time, get advice and guidance at any time and place that suits them without having to impinge on their working day.
Incredibly, the monthly cost of membership of the Community is less than the cost of an average gym membership, and there is no tie-in to a long-term contract. Members stay because they perceive real value, not because they have no choice!
