I live and work in Warsash near Southampton where the vivoHR HQ is based. I live with my partner Sean. We have a gorgeous and delightfully bossy daughter Grace and a border terrier called Pip. Sean's two children Georgia & Sam complete our happy family when they come to stay every other weekend.
We all love to live so close to the sea - a perfect day for us involves long walks, paddling, crabbing, fishing (sort of!) and cold beers & ice creams by the seafront.
I've been self employed since 2007 after a successful career in the corporate HR world and still get a buzz from working with all our clients.
I'm CIPD qualified so my business partner Sam says this must mean I'm a professional!
