My Company Information
business coaching, strategic development and business planning
I’m Bob Brown and I'm the aspiration achiever. I help people to achieve more, get focused and stay passionate. I’m particularly good at asking powerful questions that help to clarify the situation, and providing a listening ear when people need help.
Sarah Brown is the ideas inspirer who loves to solve problems and gets excited by finding creative solutions and new ways for people and organisations to be more successful. Sarah is particularly good at spotting opportunities for collaborations, at marketing and communications and likes to think that most people leave inspired if they hear her speak.
Like many of our clients we are successful entrepreneurs that live and work together. We combine a mixture of important skills, tools and coaching that can increase profits, save time, identify new ways of doing things and encourage partnerships and collaborations often across the sector.
What People Say
Bob has played an important role in helping me to stay focused on what is really important when developing my businesses. His friendly, no-nonsense Yorkshire style combined with extensive experience of what will really make a difference when it comes to maximising exit value is exactly what I need.
Rob Halliday-Stein, Online Advantage Ltd
Bob is a strategic thinker who is able to offer varied mentoring services and suggesting innovating ideas that will add value and make a difference. I would highly recommend Bob's services to any business looking for genuine advice that will deliver results.
Sonia Cox, AIM Financial Recruitment
Bob provided two key roles to my company. First, an indepth knowledge of business development providing help in key decision making. Second, as a life coach he personally educated me in helping to understand how to be successful in business and happy in my life which are not necessarily compatible in todays society.
Lee Hitchens, SCH Technologies
Bob is a man in the know! He has so many different talents, some of them being visionary and enthusiastic in all he does. Bob lends a second ear and offers a different view point to any discussion on business related matters.

strategic development, business planning & coaching
we work with entrepreneurs, charities, social enterprises
We particularly work with businesses run by couples that work together, serial entrepreneurs, business owners thinking about exiting at some time in the future, and businesses that are facing challenges either because your growth is stalled and you need some new ideas or because you are needing to fundamentally review the future of your business.
We work with charities that need a funding strategy, feasibility study for a new idea particularly for income generation or need business plans to support their future vision. We have particular tools to help if collaboration is an option or being suggested and can also help with tenders for public contracts. We teach and help with marketing for charities – an area that often gets overlooked.
We work with social enterprises at all stages from the idea through to launch and on-going support and have done so for almost 20 years. We can also help if things are going wrong, identifying what can be done to help.
We work with councils and central government to help with major community developments that need to be sustainable and where you want to work more closely with business or the voluntary sector.
