As an Auditel consultant, I help medium to large organisations reduce their overhead costs. Our approach is to undertake a detailed audit of expenditure to identify how best to make cost savings whilsty still maintaining or improving customer service, hence saving time. Our core areas of expertise are in energy, telecommunications (fixed lines, mobiles and data), water and waste but we have specialists in our 200 strong team in other areas including for example, office consumables, dried and tinned foods and courier costs.

Our ongoing service, providing bill checking, resolving supplier disputes and re-tendering of contracts is completely funded from cost savings so there is no up front fee.

We don't service the domestic consumer so are not in competition with Utility Warehouse and are happy to take referrals from them for larger opportunities.

Prior to joining Auditel, My 28 year career in engineering and project management covered a number of industrial sectors as diverse as wastewater treatment and electronics. Often working to tight budgets, I was responsible for delivering projects on time and developed the project management skills to achieve this. Key to this was developing strong supplier relationships and keeping track of the detail.

My clients benefit from my in depth analytical attention to detail and this has been applied across a number of sectors including health and fitness, care homes, housing associations and haulage.
