We also work with individuals who are seeking career change or improvement, to help them identify their strengths and areas for development.
With bases in Glasgow, Derby and London we work throughout the UK and internationally.
I've done a variety of things in my career, starting off as a professional musician, falling into the recruitment industry and working my way through to divisional MD of a plc, and I'm now running a number of small businesses incorporating Business Psychology, Executive Recruitment, Contract Lighting and Bespoke Lampshades.
I've been through the complete lifecycle of businesses, from starting to selling them, and so understand what business owners are going through.
My interest is leadership and behaviour. I'm qualified and licensed to use a range of leading psychometric tests and personality questionnaires. I've recruited, assessed and developed chief execs & directors in large organisations for nearly 20 years. I work with SMEs and business owners to help them learn more about themselves and to become better leaders and bosses. And I spend a lot of time with businesses of all sizes helping them to make sure they have the right people doing the right things in the right jobs.
