Hailing from Newcastle upon Tyne and being proud to call myself a Geordie, my background is in the leisure industry. I left Newcastle as a health club manager and moved to live in London for 5 years where I became an Account Manager for a recruitment company. I was glad to escape this when I had my wonderful son 16 years ago and combined being a stay-at-home mum with teaching aerobics. My heart was always up north and for one reason or another ended up in Stirling where I fell in love with Scotland and had my second child.
After being 'totally mum' for a couple of years I got a job with Monsoon and discovered my passion for clothes and colour. I had always loved feeling good through fitness but here discovered that by wearing the right clothes we really can feel a million dollars and wanted to share this with others. I reinvented myself and my life. My mission is to give clients the confidence to do this too and achieve their goals.
I am now a Pilates teacher too which is an important part of my business.
My work is my hobby but I love running, the great outdoors, socialising with my girlfriends and you can usually find me with a bottle of Bud in my hand at 6pm!
