My Company Information

I wanted to start renting out my home in Cyprus - but did not want to let it to complete strangers.

Knowing the trust there is in 4Networking, I decided to offer my apartment just to fellow 4Ners, in the hope that they would take care of my home.

I mentioned that to a few people and they also had holiday homes to rent and asked if I would do the same for them.

So Just4Holidays.biz was born.

What you will find there is a selection of holiday properties available to rent from 4Networking members - either exclusively to 4Ners or at special rates to 4Ners.

You will also find holiday properties that 4Ners are looking to sell.

Just4Holidays.biz does not offer holidays, it merely offers a way for members of 4Networking to offer their holiday properties to rent/buy or to find holiday homes to rent/buy.

I hope you will find the site useful.

About Michelle McDines

Warm, attractive, sexy, funny, intelligent single woman seeks similar man for romance and hopefully more.... Oh, sorry that's my online dating profile.

Well what can I say other than I am all that, plus a whole lot more. An energetic entrepreneur who is quick to spot an opportunity, passionate about business and a keen networker.

I spent too many years being a round peg in a square hole (or is it a square peg in a round hole? Well I think of myself as more round than square) in the corporate world, being far too creative and thinking far too laterally and generally making a nuisance of myself with my bosses and colleagues.

After several job changes as IT manager around various industries, I was finally put out to grass (made redundant) in 2000. The easy option would have been to get another job but I decided that enough was enough and it was time to branch out and start my own business instead of trying to improve other people's.

So began a decade of riding the entrepreneurial rollercoaster.

First attempt - leverage past experience and contacts in the IT industry - hmmmm too boring.

Second business - partner with two other companies to set up a new venture - get ripped off by other partners after they've benefited from all my experience and contacts.

Third plan - do something I really like doing - ah, that means exchanging my time for money and there's a limit on that.

Take a sabbatical to build my property portfolio.

Return to business again to leverage my new property experience and contacts only to discover at 11th hour that key supplier of investments I am selling is a fraudster

Take three months off to lick wounds, regroup and wait for inspiration to strike - all the time keeping up my 4Networking (a light in my darkest hours) and having some fun with new experiences including swimming with dolphins, astronaut simulations, singing with a rock band and pole dancing. For some reason, my male colleagues at 4Networking are particularly fascinated with this latter activity and any attendance at a 4N meeting where there is anything vaguely resembling a pole normally results in several requests for a demonstration.

Michelle

Since January 2010 I have been on a voyage of discovery, understanding what makes me tick and what is the best role for me in business.  My conclusion is that I am an ambassador, an advocate, an evangelist - a firestarter if you like, lighting (or relighting) a fire in the hearts of other entrepreneurs and creating a blaze of publicity for their businesses.  Part mentor, part marketeer, part PR, I bring a wealth of experience from all sizes of companies, an enthusiasm for all things internet and a passion to achieve my full potential by helping others to achieve theirs.

Personally, I am a keen sailor and am never happier than at the helm of a 30ft+ yacht in the Mediterranean. I hope to find the time to do my Day Skipper qualification this year.  That's me relaxing in the North Aegean (left) and being first mate in the Solent (right) with Martin Oscroft-Crompton of ActiveSail.com

I trained as an opera singer in my youth, but these days my singing is limited to showers, cars and around the house except for the odd moment when my inner daredevil and rockchick combine to get up on stage with a band.

I am an avid reader and enjoy all sorts of books from trashy chick lit to scientific and business works.  I harbour a desire to write books too - but for now my love of writing will be harnessed to get several blogs going.

I love to cook and bake and am making a concerted effort to treat myself to my own culinary skills more often (cooking for one isn't as much fun)

My 4N nickname is Cougar - because I let it be known that I tend to be attracted to younger men.  But it actually works as a business concept too - I'm on the prowl for young, sexy, inexperienced business - and sharing my experience and passion with them!

UPDATE MAY 2012 - My journey of discovery continues - I have moved to Cyprus to embark on a new chapter of my life - building business out here, a change of lifestyle and fulfilment of a dream of living overseas.  Whether I stay here, and where I go next remain to be seen......
