I have worked within financial services and the property industry for the last 15 years and I am pleased to say that I am still sane (just). Having done my time on the High Street (HSBC & Bradford & Bingley) I decided to set up my own independent brokerage and have now been working for myself for over 10 years. I also own a bar in Manchester where I was landlord for a year or so and letting someone else take that on and moving into financial services on the basis it would be less stressful was not one of my better moments! Until moving ‘up North’ I spent most of my working life in the Cotswolds and have a beautiful daughter and a very silly Rhodesian Ridgeback. I enjoy watching football and as a life-long Wolves fan I am accustomed to disappointment, frustration and sheer bewilderment. I work hard and I like to think I’m good at what I do.
