As a result of my studies I stopped using commercial products and made my own, this was time consuming. I gave Forever Living Products due diligence and since 2007 only use this range. The products have helped me and my family with our health, now I enjoy spreading the word and am a distributor and lifestyle consultant. With the Vet training I received I happily help animals withour products too.

Provide several holistic treatments and also teach others to become qualified therapists. I help people individually or in workshops.

I write health related articles for magazines and clients. I have posted some on 4N- see "my articles"

Therapies I do or teach: Reiki ( Master Teacher Level 3 qualified) Stress Management, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling ,Crystal Healing, Metaphysical Life Coaching, Guided Meditations.

Business Coaching

I help people set up in business alongside Forever Living Products on our Open Channels team. We help you earn as you learn and provide much team fun and incentives- Our coaching is free n this instance as Forever reward us.

Linguistics / Languages

Providing full linguistic services in French, German, Spanish and English.

I help individuals or groups learn or improve their language skills. We help businesses who wish to deal with clients, distributors or colleagues abroad to communicate effectively.

I do translations, interpretations, assist at conferences or exhibitions and help UK companies improve their international image.

I also train anyone on my Forever team in their native language if they are abroad or in the UK yet not yet fluent in English.

"My story: My dream when I was little was to follow in my Dad's footsteps by running my own successful company. I had a vision of helping people and animals. I started Open Channels Ltd in 2002 in Lifestyle and Business Consultancy, helping people with language barriers, life and business coaching.

I won an award for my coaching skills and helping people and the diversity of my company services.

When I was approached to represent Forever Living Products, with my previous studies of marketing, setting up businesses and coaching, holistic health products from my doctorate, I jumped at the chance to explore their business opportunity and the quality of the products. I have not looked back since. I used all their products and I use some on our pets too, saving on vet bills.

As a successful business coach I loved the marketing plan of Forever, as a linguist I was thrilled that it was a global company where I could set up teams and retail customers in now 150 countries, as a holistic health practitioner, I was delighted at the quality and range of products and as a humanitarian believing in Fair Trade, I was overwhelmed at the ethics of the company and that they have accolades for their animal care and excellence in training people.
