Experience and Credentials
Our team is made up of experienced property professionals with over 70 years of property investment & development expertise incorporating all of the professional disciplines:- Chartered Builiding Surveyors, Clerk of Works, Architects, Structural Engineers, Asbestos Specialists and Listed Building Specialists. Our directors and partners have resided in several countries on different continents, and we have established an extensive network of contacts and unique insights into several international property markets.
 
Between us we are fluent in over 5 languages and this fluency is a direct benefit we bring to the process of negotiation on behalf of investors. As qualified engineers and property professionals (including an MA degree), we have in excess of 40 years of expertise in technology and management consulting. One of our team has gained extensive international expertise as CEO of 3 international companies, and in financial markets as a Board member of a 2000-employee public company and through fundraising activities for several technology firms. He has also been a non-executive Director of several companies in the UK and Latin America.

•Portugal: €57 million acquisition and development financing of 18-hole tourist project with hotel, spa, sports complex, and approximately 400 residential properties
•France: €53 million acquisition and development financing for the conversion and development of three 18-hole golf courses and substantial residential development. One of the golf courses is a top PGAcourse and centre of golf operations for the French PGA
•Brazil: Structuring of joint venture between top 10 Brazilian developer and Anglo-Portuguese developer, for the construction and sale of approximately 880 residential properties on a 220 ha. site in the North-East of Brazil
•USA: $135 million acquisition funding and joint venture structuring between developer/land owner, New Life & Illumina for 1,600 acre parcel of land in western San Antonio. Full permissions granted for mixed use commercial, residential, offices, data centres and retail units.
•Cape Verde: sourcing of 3 residential tourism projects, all beachfront, ranging from 6 to over 1,500 ha, and 14 to several thousand units, with GDVs from circa €5 million to the largest, valued by Colliers at €3.2 billion. Actively marketing circa 10 additional projects.
•Portugal: finance for development sites, including a 5 ha beachfront, 3 ha villa, coastal resort townhouse complex, inland mixed-used change of use and villa development site, and mixed used residential and technology park.

About Bill Stokoe

I have been involved in business for over 30 years and having lost a business in the past I know how difficult it can be when you are faced with financial devastation. Losing a business or a home are some of the most stressful experiences anyone can experiene and having another person to help us through these times is invaluable.

New Life Corporation was formed in January 2003 to provide properties that were equipped to alleviate poverty distress and suffering for disadvantaged people. Having helped many people to secure a safe home environment we wanted to provide a total service to also assist anyone with money worries to find the best solution to help them break free from the downward spiral of debt.

We have met many people through our property business that were struggling financially, and have been able to help them by providing a safe home, and we want to go the extra mile and provide extra support if our tenants need it. 

I have faced many circumstances in life which have been extremely difficult, devastating and could have easily finished me off if I had let them. However, being a stubborn male Geordie (a fellow from the North East of England) I have never let problems get the better of me and have always fought back when disaster has struck, which it has a number of times. These hard times have been the best for me and have brought me to where I am now. -

My main expertise is in property investment, development, project management and mentoring and I am a passionate believer that everyone deserves a good safe warm home to live in.

All of our business activities have a common theme and that is we are totally focussed in helping people to achieve greater things and overcome issues and problems. I am a great believer that no matter what problems we face in life there is always a person out there that could have the answer that we need. I love solving problems and helping people to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

There is gold inside of everyone waiting to be discovered. Everyone has the potential within in them to be world changers. It is amazingly rewarding to work with someone and then see them have a Eureka moment when the light of revelation suddenly dawns on them that they can in fact achieve what they thought was totally impossible.

If we always do what we have always done we will always get the same results. The truth is that if we always do what we have always done we will in fact get LESS THAN what we have always gotten because while we stand still, others could have overtaken us. We cant expect to keep doing the same things and achieve different results. Making small changes can have a huge impact on the results we experience. I have been happily married to Helen for 14 years and we have two amazing boys - Joshua (11) and Luke (9). Helen is my anchor, my rudder, my best friend, my co director and my best and most honest critic (of course I always accept her comments and criticism with the best of attitudes!).
