We specialise in supporting women who want to set up their own business, as well as providing business skills and personal development opportunities to women already established in business.

I have been in business since 2004, offering coaching and training to businesses and individuals because I wanted to make a difference. Before that, I had a career in local government. Taking the leap to become self-employed was one of the scariest and one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm thrilled to report that I'm living my dream and loving it!

In 2005, I won the Woman of the Year Award from Her Business, a project to help women set up their own businesses (of which I was both a beneficiary and a business coach). This was a tremendous achievement, and I was extremely proud to have won.

I'm happily married with two young children, so I know from first hand experience how challenging it is to balance work and home life.

My professional skill has been built up through hundreds of hours of one-to-one and group coaching, and facilitating.

I'm an Associate Credentialed Coach with the International Coach Federation. I'm a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy™; I hold a Diploma in Management Studies and the Certificate in Education.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, reading, dancing (Ceroc) and keeping fit. After all, life is for living!
