I have been involved in Financial Services since 1978 covering full Financial Planning and latterly Mortgages and Insurances. I am an Independent Mortgage Broker and find the role challenging as Lenders are becoming increasingly more difficult to deal with.
In my spare time I enjoy an active social life meeting friends, playing tennis , trying local restaurants, trips up to West End theatre's to see shows etc. In the Winter I am an avid skier.
4Networking has been very good for me as it has allowed me to meet a lot of fascinating people who otherwise I would not have met.
During 2012 I studied for 400 hours and passed an exam which entitles me to use the letters Dip FA after my name. This stands for Diploma in Financial Advice.
I also undertook training so that I could arrange both Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for my clients during 2012 which has been very well received and is keeping me very busy.
During 2015 I studied and passed an exam which entitles me to use the letters Dip MAP after my name. This stands for Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Planning.
I am pleased as having gained the Dip FA and Dip MAP qualifications it gives me some of the highest qualifications of anyone specialising in the mortgage market. It allows me to have a greater understanding of client situations and the impact advice I give in the mortgage market can have on a clients overall financial situation.
